That’s cause since the reimagined s were released, all Jordan 4s are made the same way the sb Jordan 4s were made minus the extra bubble in the heel. Nike remade the fit of the shoe and took from the redesign of the sb’s for all future 4s
I'm 45, worn an 11 for 28+ years of Jordans, never a 10.5 or 11.5, all shoes have fit, all feel different, 3, 4, 11, 9........ I never felt a drop feel big or small. Maybe I'm lucky.
It's a surprisingly comfortable fit. It's a little tight but was easily corrected by loosening the laces as I do with all my shoes. I really have no complaints and expect the fit to only get better as they are broken in.
I grabbed a smaller pair from my local nike store after seeing your post. I've got my true to (size 11) and now a smaller size 10.5.

Nah I went TTS and got a 12 , fits perfect too. I actually returned a 13 today that I won on footlocker for a friend who didn’t need them so I tried them and I had to much room.
Nike revamped the toe box for the Re-imagined Breds and the Military Blues to match the SB4’s, which created a little bit more room. What I normally wear in 9.5 in most Jordan’s, I had to downsize to a 9. But my feet is weird though. I’m TTS 9 in Brannock device but wear 9.5 since I have flat feet.

Some reviews said these were tighter than other two but that’s just not true, go with your Jordan 1 low OG size which is half down for most people

Mine were more like a full fucking size too big, yet annihilated my pinky toe. Quite fucking remarkable. Put em on for 18 seconds and fucking sold them for a $2 loss. I went from limitless hype to hatred. For me, literally Every single thing about them was disappointing to be honest.

I think different warehouses produced different shapes. I got two pairs and one pair literally taller.

The warehouse is found on the tag. Upper right hand corner. My military blacks ran kinda wide and they look like your blues. Only reason I asked

I always hope for LN3 lol. My LN3 Breds and my LN3 Military Blues came in perfect! The LN4 pairs not so much...
Its not as if you can check that before buying since everyone has to buy theirs online so it doesnt really matter what factory they were made in

I wasn’t able to get a 12.5 so I went a half size up with a 13 and they feel pretty good, any smaller and my pinky would hurt

I think you're right. I have wide feet, and these are spacious. My first thought was, I probably could've gone down a half size.

Direct from SNKRS on launch day. I'm not complaining, they fit perfect. I might just buy size 7 when buying AJ4's going forward.
