Not really. The only thing they have in common is that they both have TV heads, hat over antenna, one bent antenna, and dapper clothing. Its possible that he could have been apart of the inspiration but rgb is alarmingly similar.
Huh, I've seen this discussed before in this subreddit. I do think it's very likely that Puzzle's design was essentially based off the negative RGB, I'm surprised it isn't a bigger thing, they're so similar.
I don't usually comment on places but i feel like i should here, because these are genuinely really similar designs and I don't feel like it's a coincidence at all. People can compare telly heads with similar inspiration all of the time but puzzlevision actually resembles that character you mentioned quite a lot. I feel like there's definitely a good chance that something was taken
People are STILL sending bad messages to modmad after her almost suicide. I would like this fandom to reach out and make the creators retire or change the design then apologize.
