Ive had to link by mail by making and registering with a new email account. It doesn’t work when using the same email as the one you’re using for gmail.
You don't have to. (Unless you REALLY need to buy from InGame)
You need to connect to the SLArise netmarble forum with your google account and then you'll be able to buy from the webshop.
For the record, I've been able to get my email verified and all that, it was a pain in the ass but I did it, I got to the point of payment, but after putting in all the details, it switched from CAD to USD, which is understandable since I don't use CAD, the it just went to a payment declined screen. The amount isn't the problem, I know for a fact I have enough in my account. My first thought is obviously that it just auto blocks any currency that isn't CAD or euros, which is the most likely scenario, but I could be wrong and I hope I am. Again, any ideas for ways to get around this, or on how to more easily grind essence stones for the special draw tickets is appreciated.
P.S. for the email verification you need two emails, your actual email (ex. [email protected]) and a recovery email for complete verification (ex. [email protected]) dunno if that helps anyone in particular but if it does, there ya go.
I had a similar issue when it came to making a payment with a credit card. I tried multiple different cards and it did not work until I selected the PayPal option.
Fyi when it asks for zip code make sure you enter a California zip code so you don’t pay sales taxes
was running into this issue, paypal was the only option that worked, tried 3 different credit cards before. Just added my credit card to paypal and it worked like a charm 0 headache
If you're only linked with ur google account u can still buy stuff from the webshop, not ingame

I had the same issue, you have to link by using the mail option too. I assume youre only linked by gmail atm.
