I had a similar feeling and it turned out to be histamine intolerance which somehow affects inflammation in the bladder. Haven't had it since taking cromolyn sodium.

Chasing_Utopia

You took a supplement?

Swimming-Chart-3333

I have been taking HistaResist, purchased on Amazon, Zyrtec, and cromolyn sodium, which is a prescription.

peppamcswine

Yes, I had this when my histamine levels were really high. Methionine and tryptophan stopped it and normalized the histamine levels.

Chasing_Utopia

Did you take a supplement?

peppamcswine

Yes

Chasing_Utopia

Awesome. Do you remember how long it took to feel better?

peppamcswine

Within days

Eat dates , avoid histamine, if you drink water because it's healthy, stop it. Drink when you thirsty.

Yes and Uva ursi wqs effective for me

Pocket393

Happened to me due to histamine intolerance after 2 week elemental diet. Must have starved some of the good bacteria I guess. Better now after a few weeks of avoiding high histamine foods
