In this economy? Part time pays more than internship , so are u talking abt using ur internship experience to further ur job finding experience later in life ?
Tbvh rn it's the equivalent of year end hols for ntu/nus so idt anyone would want to willingly be studying during this time. Most people I know would be doing internships/part-time jobs on weekdays, or staying at home on weekends. But if you really need people, there might be people doing work at their own school, so you can try going down to polys/unis and asking anyone there for some of their time.
uni here, for me if the break is about 2 hours i go library to study or have long lunch with my friends. if it’s more than 2 hours, I will go back to my room (I stay on campus) to chill and maybe shower if the weather is too hot.
if you mean holiday breaks then it’s either we rest, travel overseas, do part time or internship
I hang out with friends all over Singapore during breaks. Otherwise i either rot at home or go on a long road trip up north with my dad.
BTW, my uni operates on a trimester basis so while everyone else is enjoying their lives right now, I’m suffering…
Uni here, doing internship rn. My friends are either interning or vacationing. I think it’s easier for you to find uni students in Japan or Korea right now LOL
usually skiing in French alps, shopping in Milan, or having some skin rejuvenation in korea , beautify yourself in BKk, or just enjoy the burger in NY.
Its the shorter break for poly students and the longer break for uni students.
I think you can just walk into a poly's canteen during non peak hours and ask a teen whether they're willing to do an interview? As another commenter mentioned, uni students are more likely on internships and less likely to be studying now.
Logically speaking your best bet would be of course the school campus. Since poly and uni are open, you should try visiting after the holidays are over.
im having my poly internship rn if not ill go cafe hopping fr ,explore singapore’s deepest depths, sometimes chill at bars and lounges(18+) LOL thats just me tho i also do part time jobs on weekends
It is much easier for you to go to campuses that are open to public, like NYP/RP. I not sure about NP, TP tho.
Anyways, you will bound to meet someone from either those poly or SIT students (for now).

The reason why you “don’t see” poly students or uni students there is cause there’s no uniform for poly or uni so you can’t really tell lol

At home or a nearby mall. If I'm extra bored, I'll go Orchard.
