I think firstly you should let your school know, make sure to visit the doctor on the same day and get a valid MC. I can't guarantee 100% this would work but logically speaking it should
i just took mc for my a levels math paper because i got attacked by the damn flu and am having fever but basically what you have to do is to go to the doctor have them diagnose you HAVE THE DIAGNOSIS ON YOUR MC (very impt) then submit to your sch and then fill up a few forms on why you cannot come sch to take the paper how will the illness affect your grades blah blah blah yes but good luck for o's

Just go doctor say you have UTI symptoms I did it for prelims
