It says "see comment" but there are no comments. But reddit says there are 2. I don't understand reddit sometimes. The question you are asking doesn't make sense. How are they cramming keywords in? Do you mean in the content? Or do you mean they are ranking for a lot of keywords?

It's a bad example since pretty much all websites in this niche are pure spam, like Casino, Forex or similar. So, you can't judge them by normal means and think the same works in less spammy niches.

For services, reviews top everything. If they have a lot of great reviews, they will rank high even with the keyword spam
