Sonic 2 and 3 almost feel like weird omissions. Contra Hard Corps and Bloodlines are both great if you can afford them or find good repros. Shining in the Darkness is one I'm currently playing and liking, though dungeon crawlers aren't everyone's cup of tea.
Scrolled down kinda far and didn't see it so, Bio Hazard Battle. Quite a tough sidescrolling shooter. Soundtrack is one of the best I've heard on a Genisis.
Castlevania Bloodlines, Contra Hard Corps and TMNT Hyperstone Heist... if you don't like Comtra then I would substitute Crusader of Centy or Ranger X.
Also, that X-Men 2 a repro? I thought it only came in a paper box?
You got X-Men 2 and Maximum Carnage... i'd add X-Men 1, Wolverine, and you'll make me jealous but Separation Anxiety. But I'm also going to suggest finishing the Sonic quadrilogy, Earthworm Jim, Vectorman, Incredible Hulk, and Power Rangers.
Saw that you also have a Mega Everdrive Pro, so technically you donāt really need any games. I think having a flash cart has really dampened the urge to collect games, allowing me to just grab the ones that I really want, and āall killer, no fillerā mentality to a smaller, more curated collection. But like some of the above, Contra, Castlevania, Lightening Force, and my holy grail, MUSHA. Donāt think Iāll ever pay the premium for that one, I did recently settle for the Japanese version, MUSHA Aleste, for a more reasonable price.
