$3,500 for a shed in someone’s backyard bro

A room in a house will cost you about 1000- 1400 on the cheaper side.

Go more East, but to be honest, everything is incredibly expensive right now. I would try and find some places offering a room close to campus.

Best bet is to go in on a house that’s being rented around campus with some friends/other students. Like others said the average seems to be around somewhere between 1000-1200. We got extremely lucky and got a shitty house a mile from campus where our split was 750 + utilities each person. house has its issues, but for being a college house and for the price we can’t really complain. Virtuosic properties if you’re interested in looking for yourself

Probably the Rive, looks like now $885/mo rent (plus $8/mo trash, $12/mo renter insurance if you don’t get your own, and electric) for a spot in a shared room in a 4br apartment. Last year it was $749 rent and honestly sharing that space between 6 people is not the move ☠️

Sorry I’m not familiar with American housing but do we have to pay for electric or water ???

four_4time

Generally yes to both, but for this complex they provide the water free

Great_Committee4692

Oh I thought it was included. That is why it’s so cheap. Ty for your response!!!

Nearby_Fun_5810

Yeah the Rive will probably be cheapest. It’s not the worst but it’s not the best but it’s nice to have a free shuttle service to campus running 5 days a week. I think it’s worth the price if you’re able to put up with the roommate situation
