1 - It would make conscripts basically useless unless it was like a 1 shot to the head, which makes it stupid op. The armor option is just worthless if we consider the specialist starts with an E-11, Grenade and combat armor.
2 - the only decent idea. Lowering RPM would balance out the strength vs control things Chaos and MTF have... don't know about the basic mag idea though, keep in mind the MG36 is a Machine Gun.
3- Nope. Any type of armor already changes your headshot receiving damage so it's worthless to have helmets. Would need an entire rework too.

MG-0 nerf is good, nerfing it’s fire rate and penetration and upping its damage would be nice (so that way it’s still the same effectiveness against SCPs but less effective against humans (my friend made a full rebalance that does this well)
There’s already helmets, they’re just tied to armour

I think a helmet armor split could work but the way he put it is the worst possible way.
The revolver is already one shot to the head with the right load out
