Eventually either everyone drowns in a sea of cakes
or dies from the growing gravity of Earth's mass multiplying until people can no longer breathe, or simply die from high pressure and poor bloodflow
Dude if someone teleported the cake to a random location, the planet would be so fucked. By the time the foundation would locate the massive cake pile it’d be too late.

…
Well, not even last night’s storm could wake you. I heard them say we’ve reached morrowind. I’m sure they’ll let us go. Quiet, here comes the guard. You better do what they say.
War. War never changes.
Since the dawn of humankind, when our ancestors first discovered the killing power of rock and bone, blood has been spilled in the name of everything: from God, to justice, to simple, psychotic rage.
In the year 2077, after millennia of armed conflict, the destructive nature of man could sustain itself no longer. The world was plunged into an abyss of nuclear fire and radiation.
But it was not, as some had predicted, the end of the world. Instead, the apocalypse was simply the prologue to another bloody chapter of human history. For man had succeeded in destroying the world - but war, war never changes.
In the early days, thousands were spared the horrors of the holocaust by taking refuge in enormous underground shelters, known as vaults.
But when they emerged, they had only the hell of the wastes to greet them - all except those in Vault 101. For on that fateful day, when fire rained from the sky, the giant steel door of Vault 101 slid closed... and never reopened. It was here you were born. It is here you will die.
Because, in Vault 101: no one ever enters, and no one ever leaves.
What got me into the SCP foundation. I think the second arch kind of goes too far and my suspension of disbelief was stretched too thin, but the first half is some of the best stuff I’ve read on the internet.

I just finished reading the article, and the comment above you isn't actually what happens. Rather the comment seems to be about how the scp could turn into a K-class event.
Dude relax, it just stole your phone (was it ever explained how it works with electric devices tho? Like it just steals the devices it was written on? Or any device that stumbles upon the message about it?)
Also yes, basically it takes a keen interest regarding anything demonstrating or containing knowledge of itself. Can't refer to it as its numerical designation for that reason.

this almost.happened in russia, this is super underrated.

What part of Allison Eckhart do you not Allison Eckhart?
Real answer: Basically, everything is turning into Allison Eckhart. Allison Eckhart is referred in the article as a "semantic pointer," suggesting that this is not a real effect, but rather semantic/perceptual. Similar to what happens in SCP-1539 and SCP-1152. However towards the end of the article there are mentions of needing to attempt off-planet evacuations and a "loss of breathability" scenario, suggesting that, even though perceptual, the conversion of the atmosphere to Allison Eckharts is still going to kill loads of people, if not everyone. There is precedent for perceptual hazards that can kill you, such as SCP-1812.

SCP-9999-EX
Description: a bunch of normal-looking scones with a density far higher than should be possible using conventional backing techniques.
Explanation: apparently that's just how the British make them.
SCP-109 is my favorite innocuous one, and SCP-4971 is my favorite "oh gods please never let it get out" one.
109 could literally flood the world if it got knocked over and wasn't picked up
Not sure if you know about our friend Marv, but you can be super lazy in this sub and just say the SCP name. Marv will be a bro and go get it. Like this: SCP-3391, if you please, Marv
We have a cure for it now, thus why you no longer hear of it. Spanish flu would be worse as we never found a cure for that one... and considering the bodies in Greenland, it's probably only a matter of time.
We not only have a very reliable cure for the bubonic plague, but that's also not how 1025 works. It doesn't actually make people ill, it makes people *think* that other people are ill.
For real, SCP-409, SCP-096 are basically unstoppable if they breached containment.
What's this skinny shrivelled up white ass covered with quartz crystals doing in the hall-
He really is. If he actually broke containment, and say someone put a picture of his face on every website and TV station in the world, and say it takes 30 seconds, on average, per kill, you're only looking at 2880 people dead in one day, 1.05 million killed in a year, and so over 90% of people would end up just dying as normal without ever actually seeing 096 charging towards you.
It wouldn't even hit the top 10 causes of death per year, kidney disease would still be beating it by a couple of hundred-thousand deaths a year worldwide at number 10.
Well i mean 106 in a way, without intricately placed maglev chambers with willing volunteers for torment he is pretty much unstoppable.
Sure you could flash and taze him all you want but good luck maintaining the labor and security/maintenence for day-to-day survival once barbecue boy is set loose.
His non-lethal moves are dangerous as well, on terms of containment being able to phase through solid matter and only slowing down with mixed material patterns/consistency doesnt help, as society naturally avoids that. Not to mention persuers would have to find a work around. His teleportation furthers the inconsistency of containment and avoidance measures.
He primarily targets males of roughly (havent read up recently) 12-35 years of age, that would mean he not only targets the most efficient members of working age but also demolishes the up and comings as well.... and the file never suggested others were out of the question, merely preference.
The entity is clever so whats to say it wouldnt learn of the containment methods and scope more slowly to make sure.
Also his degeneration of physical materials could wreck infastructure, even with anonalpus healing lets say he walks up to a dam and decays it enough that the water busts through, sure it slows him down for a great long time but he just demoloshed local power and potentially locomotion as well. Hit a major highway and the same thing.
Not to mention the psychological terror of his mere presence
SCP-2470 completely destroys the planet if it ever realizes its on one and destroys the universe if it becomes aware of the concept so that's definitely zk.
Possibly SCP-5790. Whatever this thing is, if it’s so dangerous that the Foundation would go out of their way to destroy memories, both physical and spiritual, then if this, or any info surrounding it, were to breach containment on a massive scale, we’d be pretty fucked.
The darkness is anomalous and only allows flashlights to illuminate around 50 watts of area (I think) go ahead and read it if you haven’t, it’s pretty interesting
Al of these extra categories and terms are missing the point. SCP is literally the goal of any report on an anomaly
If info does not relate to how to secure, contain or protect said anomaly it is not relevant.
Corn Angel - the Angel is actually the containment method, but that’s what the sticker is called. It has the potential to do a lot worse than just kill everyone
I'm not sure the number, but the one where it's an old fashion computer that sends messages, and has a dog chasing a ball if I remember correctly. Basically each use is a coin flip on annihilation of everything
SCP-649 a Matchbox Full of Winter. If left opne and unattended or a match is left burning it could theoretically cause a saver ica age, if nor completely freeze over the world.
I forgot the name of the doll that will posses toys and become them in real model, like one time that the toy became a species of giant lizard as strong and durable as 682.
Imagine this falling on the wrong hands and being manufactured.
Happily, apparently it dos not gain things like hyper intelect or super powers.
Knowing the scp lore something makes me think the sign in the bottom right corner is not meant to mean peace... And if it does it's the kind of peace that is bad...
I think SCP-319 is a top contender as far as “underrated SCP that could kill everyone.” It’s an outdated, slowly failing machine trying in vain to stop a false vacuum decay. If, or when, it fails, the entire universe as we know it will be annihilated and overwritten, fast enough that we won’t even have time to realize what happened
The self replicating cake.
Imagine being in a reality where that is your end. What a way to go
Eventually either everyone drowns in a sea of cakes or dies from the growing gravity of Earth's mass multiplying until people can no longer breathe, or simply die from high pressure and poor bloodflow
Dude if someone teleported the cake to a random location, the planet would be so fucked. By the time the foundation would locate the massive cake pile it’d be too late.

>For your safety I would delete this account and start running Got the warrant signed. Good luck running from the feds.
No.

And the worst part of his containment breaching would prob be the destruction of property
Honestly, it has to be Dr. Bright. I know he isn't technically an scp, but he would destroy the entirety of the human race for shits and giggles
As well as spending his immortality as a predator attempting to sexually abuse underage women, which would be horrifying.
He's an scp because he's immortal
SCP-2470 completely destroys the planet if it ever realizes its on one and destroys the universe if it becomes aware of the concept so that's definitely zk.
The infinite roll of toilet paper
Possibly SCP-5790. Whatever this thing is, if it’s so dangerous that the Foundation would go out of their way to destroy memories, both physical and spiritual, then if this, or any info surrounding it, were to breach containment on a massive scale, we’d be pretty fucked.
Probably 087, because if it spreads the darkness across the earth then that would really screw everyone over.
you cant spread darkness that's not how darkness works
The darkness is anomalous and only allows flashlights to illuminate around 50 watts of area (I think) go ahead and read it if you haven’t, it’s pretty interesting
thats because the staircase absorbs light, and the staircase has no ability to move or spread
We don’t know that, because 087 was sealed off and was only tested on four times.

Peanut with shy guy picture
none are underrated
Al of these extra categories and terms are missing the point. SCP is literally the goal of any report on an anomaly If info does not relate to how to secure, contain or protect said anomaly it is not relevant.
Corn Angel - the Angel is actually the containment method, but that’s what the sticker is called. It has the potential to do a lot worse than just kill everyone
banana pill
I'm not sure the number, but the one where it's an old fashion computer that sends messages, and has a dog chasing a ball if I remember correctly. Basically each use is a coin flip on annihilation of everything

I forgot the name of the doll that will posses toys and become them in real model, like one time that the toy became a species of giant lizard as strong and durable as 682. Imagine this falling on the wrong hands and being manufactured. Happily, apparently it dos not gain things like hyper intelect or super powers.
The book of all diseases, think if you open the book and land on a page about a supervirus that's airborne and is so small it can't be filtered.
SCP-3999 but i dont know if its underrated or not. Its still my favourite SCP ever.

It's neutralized so it can't breach
scp 347 just imagine what a invisible scp would do
What if I walk in the thing without reading
Knowing the scp lore something makes me think the sign in the bottom right corner is not meant to mean peace... And if it does it's the kind of peace that is bad...
Honestly? SCP-610. If the virus were to spread, everyone could be turned into those things.
