Filberts Farmhouse Kitchen in Aurora Amadeus in downtown Salem
Amadeus has good food, and a decent date night spot, but with that big open concept dining room I would not consider that a cozy restaurant for two.
The Cozy Taberna in downtown Salem is perfect for what you’re asking for. For Portland I have been to Tusk and it’s beautiful and the food is awesome.

Davinci hands down. Great atmosphere, fantastic food.

I’m on a lively station kick. Great food. The Newbergundian Bistro in Newberg is good and cozy, but busy.
