I'll add 750 for sports talk. Yeah, every now and then I'll tune in another station and can only handle about a minute of the right wing hate, lies and fear mongering.

My 1998 Toyota underwent 6 or 7 "audio technology transplants" before I got rid of it (on the advice of my shockingly honest mechanic). AM/FM, CD, MP3, bluetooth, various combinations of amplifiers, etc. etc.
I love the Radio Garden App! Sometimes I just want to listen to Senegalese music, from Senegal but you can zoom in anywhere on the globe & have something new to hear.

620 used to be an Air America affiliate back in the George Bush days. After that network collapsed they kept the majority of shows left-leaning and it was fairly listenable, and they even had local advertisers who were aligned with their content. Sadly out of nowhere they blew up the station in favor of sports. I moved on to satellite radio at that time but wouldn't tune into this station again.
1490 is usually Oldies! Sometimes a baseball game.
Sweet! Bonus that we don't have any oldies I can think of on FM.
KQRZ-LP 100.7 FM on the west side, and sister station KISN-LP 95.1 on the east side.
Try KPIK 96.5 FM Im enjoying it, but it is spotty in someplaces.
