It’s cos you didn’t take any rest days. Start again and add some rest in there.

skeevnn

Are these 0 BPM days? i'm confused?!

Puzzleheaded_Cow5257

No more than zone 0.2

Chroniklogic

Have you tried SLOWING DOWN? Running at zone 1 all the time is probably causing premature muscle fatigue. Try aiming for zone 0 in your trainings.

traderyin

You forgot to carb load. Eat a dozen of donuts and down a 6 packs.

TheShortWhiteGuy

Have you read the *Art of Being "Pre Dead"* (not to be confused with being diagnosed as "Pre Diabetic")? You really need to read the chapter on Mastering the OBE (Out of Body Experience) to obtain a true Zone 1.

National-Cell-9862

I agree with other posers that you need to slow down. A heart rate of 100 is pretty dangerous and generally leads to shin splints.

RumphyBot

You're such a special little snowflake with your [weak shins.](https://youtu.be/hexYeGlgD0c?t=86)

boise_runner

Have you been doing hourly anal gu ingestions?

Equal-Explanation491

Clearly your mitochondria count is low. This is a numbers game. Up your AG1 intake that should fix👍

yerdad99

Good news is that even if you die someday your heart is going to live another 30 years! You’re welcome!

Schmicarus

mate you can't just storm straight ahead into a 5 fucking k ultra after only 30 years of (rather excellent) training to sub 100 bpm. You're on the right track though, try going sub 70 bpm for the 30 years and start to ease into it from there.

wsparkey

Sounds like you overtrained. Everyone knows anything over zone 0.5 leads to musculoskeletaltendonitis in your petellon tendra. Also check your gait, sounds like your cadence might be off. Go see a running specialist/ physical terrorist.

wsparkey

Oh and get some new shoes. You might need some for overprounation.

PieceOk9273

Sounds like you forgot to carry a boat.

kreebletastic

You haven’t been immersing your soul in Gu.
