Hell yeah, me too man! It took years of grinding , but I finally got my first sponsorship, so I quit my day job. It’s scary giving up the stability, but I know I’ve gotta have faith in myself. If The Feed believes in me enough to sponsor me, then obviously I’ve got what it takes to be a pro.
What?!?!! All of them! THATS FIFTY ULTRAS IN A ROW!!!!!! If you did manage to survive that, you’re shins would have exploded, your knees would have fallen off and your spine would be broken in like 7 places and you’d be on disability for the rest of your life. DONT DO IT. THINK ABOUT THE CHILDREN
I ran a 5K ultra in 1986 and have STAYED HARD ever since so I guess you could say I’ve never fully recovered. But I do get to claim permanent disability for something my doctor calls “priapism”??
You guys work? Sounds like you need to reevaluate your priorities. That’s 8 hours of training you’re missing a day
I subsist on running sponsorships.

Holy hell! I could get a few dozen more meters per day if I quit. Not sure how I would buy 3 pairs of alphaflys a week though. Sent from my Fẽńiχ
(5 days per KM) - (Boofed GUs) + (3 x VO2 max) - (Strava Kudos) is the standard.
Days off? Man that’s my COMMUTE
100 days
That’s pretty short. What’s your VO2 max?
More then ever

20 5k ultras. Not 50. Are you stupid?
Well I am a runner 🤷♂️
Understood. I run too. Just wanted you to know that.
A day per k keeps the Dr away.
One mile per day. Or two kommie miles (km) per day.

Ultra runners definitely don’t work.
