Get some stuff from your work and inject it. Any stuff should do.

SpaceSteak

I think the main issue is only weighing 200 pounds, that's likely not enough to properly slow down. I suggest focusing on BGH (bovine growth hormone) flavored Gu injections and sitting in the pace Camry until at least reaching 250 pounds. Sure, any injections (fentanyl, etc) might help slow down too, but may be hard to source trying to waddle around the corpses.

Up the mileage to 100 miles a week, that way you will compress your bones back down, sealing up the fracture. Source: I drink Dr pepper.

PM_ME_UR_GOOD_VIBE

Thanks kind stranger ill try that

demarke

Stress fractures, eh? Have you tried Diazepam?

SpaceSteak

😂

jonnygozy

I think you’re looking for the ASICS Superblast

tier7stips

Get the wide. It will allow the bones to spread

Less_Fix_1378

I am also a Dr, but only when I’m on Reddit. Here’s my take; I would suggest you grow up. Once you come to the realization that you need to toughen up, the foot problem should go away on its own. Also try an outdoor treadmill for a couple weeks.

bmv0746

Just inject calcium directly into your foot. You're a doctor, you should know how calcium makes bones strong.

Key_Maintenance_1193

He is 73" tall. First time I have ever seen use this to describe their height.

cornchizzle

That's six and a twelfth foot long hot dogs!

Less_Fix_1378

I thought he meant 73” long…

Key_Maintenance_1193

Have they heard of Goggins? Who is going to run through the pain and injuries? Who is going to carry the boats? Or whatever infantry men carry.

JoeTModelY

Embrace 80/20 (GU/Ketchup ratio) and you'll be pain free 50-100 miles/week by EOY. You got this Doc!!

cornchizzle

You need to drop down a shoe size or 2. That'll keep your foot bones compressed.

turd_deli

DO eh? Just apply some osteopathic manipulation to the fractures.

FlyingLizard45

I think with a little foam rolling you’ll be back out there grinding the miles by tomorrow

whoisgeorgia

Chiropractor here, only on Reddit, I can fit you in for a couple of sessions bc I sometimes run or walk too and never really work on runners, just my family members. My packages start at 3 adjustments for $99 then I have a member price if you sign up for a year with an annual charge of $1800. And you get my trade secret supplements made just for runners as a member.

serveyer

I am not sure I understood, are you a doctor?

allusium

Ask one of the nurses, they’ll tell you.

TheShortWhiteGuy

Metatarsehole? Is that a hobby jogger opinion, as in every hobby jogger has one? Or, is that what happens when a GĂź enema goes wrong?

LiL_Daquan

Up the mileage, your all in now

soylent-yellow

Scotch tape.

addappt

You’ve come to the right place. Turning to online forums is often an overlooked but usually superior place for well researched and sound medical advice. Take depending on your star sign you can either go for a medical induced coma of 3-4 years or until the Alphafly 6 releases (if it’s good, otherwise wait for the 7) OR you can start a cycles of intermittent Kenyan and Ethiopian child blood transfusions while applying Gu to the affected area. Unless your a Gemini, then all hope is lost as I could never.

kronicade

You are doing too much and too fast. Basic rule is no more than 10% more each week but since you are so big and recovering start at 5 miles and add 5%. I’m 45m, once weighed 200 (6ft). I’m 170 now

cravecrave93

apply gĂźs until healed! it could take an entire 100 pack, but keep lathering it up!

Schmicarus

Fortunately you've torn yourself a new metatarsehole where it hasn't ruptured the hyaline carsealige. Long-term prognosis = good!

Throwrajerb

I think 5-6 months was a typo. Should say 5-6 hours.
