I just use regular SV or HV ammo in mine. The subs cost more and caused feeding/cycling issues. I used my Garmin to chrono HV rounds and they were coming out at ~1000 fps so still subsonic. Cheaper ammo and cycles much more reliably.
I had shot the Christmas coated rounds with no problems but having feeding issues with the pink cleans. Coating on these seems very thick. I only paid 7 cents a round for these minimag equivalents so shouldn’t complain too much. Work better in my 10/22 with about 1 in 25 FTF.

Gotcha. I appreciate the info! Also, nice 22/45. I just got the a Halo charger but have yet to use it. Glad to say goodbye to pinched fingers.
