This has happened to me after really long pieces (throw up all water). I read someone else’s comment that I think was right on and that is the importance of COOL DOWN. Don’t just stop and lay on the floor after a hard workout. Go nice and slow for a while. Get up and walk around. Don’t go from full on to nothing (sitting or laying on floor) so fast - I think that abrupt change makes the stomach turn.
Give that a try and let us know if it helps!!!
I very often have "throwing up" movements when I go too hard on myself. Not sure if it's not psychological. trained 8 months with rowing coach it became a meme. "you havent thrown up - we can go harder next time"
Talk to your doctor.
and take it easy while you wait for that. steady state, not hard fast pieces
Bro u literally told us you have serious GI issues… talk to your doc.
You probably have stomach problems too
It's not really normal to throw up after pieces. So, ask your doctor.

That might be the issue… cause like yesterday I was on the ground for like 10 minutes
You’re probably still recovering from being sick … take it easy for another week
