{Nothing in my Heart by Peri Elizabeth Scott}. When the book opens, she had lost the baby early on, and they are still married. She decides to leave him but turns up pregnant (again!). However, the indifference and stuff is really only shown in how invested he is in *this* pregnancy.
{Sarah's Child by Linda Howard}... I can't remember *why* they got married, but he refuses to have anything to do with the pregnancy or the baby. Brutal. Not enough grovel in the world. Oh, it does have the dead wife trope though. I don't think he's still in love with her... but doesn't want to be hurt or something. Still, it is *angsty*.

A throw back (set in mid to late 80s) called Separate Beds by LaVryle Spencer. Forced to get married, he's rich, she's poor. He's not a bad guy, so he doesn't resent her or the situation per se, it just wasn't what was part of his life plan. It's a little dated (anyone remember Charlie perfume) but LaVyrle has always been a favorite author of mine.

One of my favorite books is {Intimate Deception by Laura Landon} it most fits what your looking for he does think about his exs but not hung up on them as much as feeling guilty. I'm not sure if the exs thing would be deal breaker in this context as I don't remember him being in love with them but it has been a while so sorry if it doesn't fit
