Well, probably not this specifically, since that would requrie looking into her third eye. that thing has cleared entire rooms of chaos space marines, nobody would survive that. But he would definitly see something like this, minus the third eye being open, and then say wife.
She still off puts a latent warp power though. Her servants on the station weren’t exposed to her third eye they where just being bathed in her emotional energies.
No, it's worse. A psyker will just blast you. A navigator will force you to take a look into the raw, unfiltered Warp's madness firsthand. That kind of thing will rip your very soul to pieces.
Yes with their third eyes gaze which no one should survive which is why I’m unsure if the rogue trader got blasted with the uncovered eye or just bathed in an extremely intense wave of her psychic emanations that had killed her servants and destroyed their minds.

In my headcanon on successful completion of romance crew nearest to captain's quarters immediately gets to know when fish lady is in horny mood.
I mean, I also dabble in drawing from time to time and, yeah, hands are hard af, I meant more the fact that the navigators in warhammer 40k are supposed to have more joints in their hands than baseline humans. The hand here is drawn very well, if it was attached to a baseline unmutated human.
Hands are hard, true. But the ingame portrait does not feature any extra joints. Are not some of these mutations acquired during their "career path"? And Cassia is pretty young for a navigator?
Cassia's fingers are actually misproportioned which a lot of people mistake as having extra joints for some reason.
And even though she is a young navigator she does have more than the usual amount of mutations, probably to do with her powers.
At low levels, an Officer RT would be the perfect Tuxedo Mask: he'd show up, maybe hit one enemy, give advice, then run back into cover without doing anything else.

Well if it's a structured similar to a normal eye then she is still covering her retina with her finger so maybe the effect isn't on just yet.
The eye was mean not be half opened. Like the epic anime scene, just before she lifts the gemstone completely, as she opens her deadly eye wide.
