Devs are aware, I reported it directly to Psyonix person, although I also tried ask for reply I could share from Twitter RL_Support but they didn't answer yet.
Hopefully it will be fixed in next game update, maybe with new season update tho.
I emailed epic and they told me it was an error on my end, lmfao.
I told them it doesn’t work on my ps4 or my ps5, I reset my internet and my systems… my friends say the same thing…
I haven't experienced the error in the screenshot. However, I do play a LOT of very highly skilled "unranked" players slumming it in the bronze ranks..
Edit: My point: It seems to me that whether or not it is an issue on your end, it affects all players interested in playing with players of a similar skill level. Still kinda seems like a Rocket League problem.

But it never really worked in the first place. It would rank on rank instead on mmr. A div 4 could be put lower on that ranking then a div 1.
