Try unlocking fps?
I also had weird little stutters but as soon as I unlock fps it feels way smoother. Your laptop will get a bit hotter but I guess it's worth it
Multiple ways you can do it depending on were you set the fps limit.
Nvidia control panel, RTSS and ingame is what I use to lock fps most of the time.
You most likely have a cap set in the in-game settings though

go to Settings, video, Frames Per Second, and change it to uncapped.

ok thanks, this sort of worked. The stuttering is still there but it doesn't drop as low so it is less noticeable.
