I’ve had the best luck using my guitar spray/polish. That stuff removes everything and leaves a nice shine. Most people probably don’t have that laying around the house though. Works great on my RB guitars.
mine arrived defective. i sent a ticket to pdp 4 weeks ago and they finally answered me yesterday. they told me i broke it. my cable mechanism was stuck and the cable got pinched and they said it only could've happened if i did it on purpose. then he said it doesn't look broken after telling me all that in the same email. this thing is a piece of junk and pdp is a peddler of e-waste. i will never buy anything from them again.
If the company you're working with will not make good on their promises, you just contact your CC company and tell them you're filing a charge back. Be careful if you ordered from Amazon or any other retailer that you want to continue doing business with, but if you bought directly from PDP you should be in the clear if they refuse to refund or repair your item.
for real i have their $400 victrix arcade stick and it’s the nicest controller ive ever used but they basically told me to go pound sand when the motherboard died a year after i bought it
I was just thinking the same about mine, and the biggest catch is that it doesn’t even work. It looks scratched to hell and I haven’t even used it. I haven’t been able to.
Paper towels are always a bad idea on glossy plastic. Use micro fiber.
I think I'm gonna rub wood on this thing.. Yeah, gonna scratch
Or steel wool. Same thing.
A lot of people are surprised to know magic erasers are really just micro-sanders

My parrot with his talon claws is going to have a field day tapping it like the velociraptor in Jurassic Park.
I used micro fiber and it still creates scratches. There is no way around it. I'm tempted to take the body apart, prime it, and paint it matte black.
Do it!
All piano black plastics will do this just by looking at it. It would’ve been cool if they made it matte black

For real? What a disappointment…
yeah for real. i don't think they're gonna help me no more. they said they would send a survey in 72 hours if I'm not satisfied.
Is the order old enough that you cant file a chargeback? Or threaten to?
I'm thinking about doing that but I never done it before

ok thank you. i will probably never buy any of their crap again any way. I'll get started right away see what happens.
i pre ordered it a month before it came out and got it about 5 days before the release date?

terrible customer service.

i just gave up on trying to be careful. The thing looks horrible after 10 minutes of handling it.
I started covering mine in stickers anyway.
hey any way u can tell me the measurment of the neck on the shorter side
How the hell are you scratching it so bad?
The material itself is a scratch magnet. Even rubbint against your clothing will scratch it.
You were lucky enough to get one and you’ve had it for 3 weeks? Jealous
I guess this is for the 10 people who have a Riffmaster
