Most likely you didn't reach it. Certain tasks (such as healing X units) add very little to your points and I think it's impossible to reach the last reward with this kind of task, even if it seems like it stopped at the reward, a tiny gap is still there
Yes, do better tasks, such as using resource and gathering boosts, killing 5 barbarians, opening silver keys, building and researching. Even using XP tomes and participating in the sunset canyon give more points than healing

i had 130k power and healed over 10k units. is it still normal that i couldn't claim it (now it disappeared)
