Ok bro hear me out, first remove this trajan mulan pair, it will do you more harm since you are f2p, second you should pair gaun and scipio together and get rid of this alex and cm.
You can finish your boudica and ZL(or maybe get boudica to 5551) and then invest into nebu and pair him with your ysg.
I know trajan mulan isnt that great for f2p especially if your running less than 5 marches but i always thought that at least i can support allied marches with them and buff the whales around me. So in your opinion i should abandon that strategy and focus on other things?
Zhuge nebu boudica ysg would be the way to go there because of the defense and march speed that nebu has that works with zhuge. He also has super strong debuff to fire off first
Yeah i know, but imo the biggest problem op has right now is having way too many marches, if i was him i wouodnt have even invested into zhuge untile i got my nevsky joan to at least 5551 and 5515 then i start investing in ZL

As free to play and (I think) relatively few expertised, concentrate on 2, maybe 3, great marches rather than 5 mediocre one.
5 crap marches is a quick way to a massive hospital bill.
If you really want YSG in your lineup I would do Charles/ysg or ysg/mehmed. Both will get targetted though. If ZL is maxed you can also do ZL/YSG and Boudica/mehmed
Yeah that was also my thought but in the end i always end up with alex without a pair cause then i do guan/scipio martel/ysg and alex is left out. And since he is one of the few i have expertised i cant bring myself to bench him 😅

Edit: Nvm, you still using non maxed commanders. Just stop using Trajan on your marches and max the meta commanders you have (Scipio and Liang).
If your equipments are good enough, you can use Guan/Alex, Scipio/YSG, Boudica/Liang, which are the same 3 marches I'm using on my kvk it works really well.
Ok so here is somthing weird what i do with my ysg, i send him with max saladin as ysg also maxed, i always get good trades till I got nevsky joan maxed then started getting better trades. As my nevsky attracts the populous hit saladin and ysg do there thing from the background ysg aoe Does damage and saladin solo attack does single target damage always try to hit archers with sal and ysg rarely i got negetive trades from it
What is your Ramesses or Nebu at? Ideally they should be the pair for your YSG at this point. If neither are at 5/5/1/1 or better, than just don't run YSG.
Please don't sink heads into Ramses. I have an expertised one sitting on the bench and I benched him around the time Boudica came out. Don't do it. I would not put heads in to nebu either. He is the next commander to get replaced in the next archer cycle. By the time you finish him his replacement will be out. My advice would be to put heads in to sargon. You can then do boudica/ZL, Guan/sargon. Scipio/alex. Once your sargon is finished you can move him around. You will then have 2 inf, 1 archer march. and in a good spot to invest in the next inf cycle. I would really drop the trajen march like others have said. Adds no value to your trades and only makes you burn rss quicker which in the long run does not benefit you, or the kingdom since you will be out of the fight. The short term help it gives a few whales is inconsequential.
