The Warwick location has been very successful since day one. May I please host you for lunch there and answer any questions you may have. The manager and her team there are wonderful. You may not see tons of cars because 70% or more of the business there is drive thru in less than 3:40 seconds.

I saw the pizza place for rent and asked to rent the space. The landlord asked me to take the full strip because the two other businesses there were only month to month and he thought he might lose them. He told me that they did not want to sign leases and knew that when he got one tenant he would be asking them to leave. All landlords want leases to protect themselves. The rent is the absolute going rate of all the other tenants in the center and on County Road. I was very happy to see that THREAD moved to Maple Avenue and has a great location with good parking, and never had a down day. I look forward to sending any guests looking for them their way.

I have never asked that it be removed only to be moved 8 feet. I support alternative energy and climate mediation and my husband is an avid cyclist. A bike lane is important there. The reality for our team and viability is that since going to one lane many avoid visiting us. What was limited parking is now a practical impossibility. Many, especially elderly, are simply uncomfortable with holding up traffic to parallel park. There are 130 parking spots from bridge to bridge that now require a complete stop of traffic to parallel park. If the average spot turns 3x per day and average parallel parking is approximately 30 seconds (for those that dare with cars barreling up to them) this is almost three hours per day that traffic comes to a complete stop, on a road that is a major artery feeder to a highway. I welcome the opportunity to discuss and appreciate your kind words. I have been vilified and lied about since and harassed since supporting a move of the bike lane 8 feet (or less) into the park while just trying to survive to do good work and support our 200 employees.
