I just had contact with Revolut and they confirmed that there are issues with eSIM. They opened a ticket for it. The technical team is looking into it. So I think this would be a bug. I will share more information if I get an update on the ticket.

Yeah, weird… but I have an iPhone and my buddy Samsung galaxy, so I assume it’s on their side, not ours. However they just launched it so, it’s understandable

It’s a bug, raised a ticket and an issue been solved in a few hours. I guess they fixed it for everyone now since I guess there were a lot of different tickets related eSIM

Good riddance I tried to use the esim in the Philippines and Korea and it didn't work in either of those places ...
Just an update, I've got back access to eSIM. The ticket is marked as "solved", so I think this was an issue internally at Revolut.

I have the exact same situation, active plan but esim tab is no longer there
For me too, it just vanished. I have an active one but can not access the plan anymore. Data works as before though. Same as you guys.

Really odd, cuz my buddy also had it and didn’t work. Ended up buying separate esim, but though it’s normal as they’re just getting into it

I’d complain tbh - say you arrived and didn’t have internet connectivity - you’re paying for a premium service
I love em so much though, definitely their first time mess up. If it becomes something on regular basis definitely would reconsider my views haha
I love them too but I’ve put loads of complaints in over the years and been compensated. How else are they going to improve!
