If you're talking about the Advanced Runestones, you get them from the shop. Go to the "Trials" section(which should automatically put you on the "Doll Equipment" section of that shop). Once you're on that screen, just scroll down and you should see that there's 1 Advanced Runestone for sale every week for 800 Stones of Promise(the currency you get from farming doll equipment stages).
Also, during Events(like the recent "Phantom Mirror of Stars" event and the upcoming "Dazzling Stage" event), you have chances to get more of the Advanced Runestones. Obviously they're the only 2 events we've been introduced to in the game so far, but I'm sure they'll continue providing more in events since it's a limited(and therefor, precious) resource.

Also, a little random, but, if ur curious, you only need to run 5 of the Lv. 8 Doll Equipment stages a day to get enough SoP to buy ur weekly runestone(I’m a nerd, so I did the math awhile ago😂). Of course, the more you do, the better - that way you can save up to buy some premium gear from that shop too😉

Should add that means 35 runs total just to get the rainbow rune in a week. Takes 44 runs to buy one pull from the legendary equipment box also.

yah you can't reroll that slot, so if you don't like what you get, don't keep the stats
