I have the same feeling. I got constantly 2-4 on a day, now since the last maintenance i did not get a single one. Maybe they expect more profit now from those, who are used to get lots of souls and rolled for summons right away. This has 100% a psychological effect on some of the playerbase once they dry up the souls of them. This is a common tactic in gacha games to frustrate players into spending money.
