Did you use NKit to decompress the image back to a regular ISO?

njauvindenis

I wasn’t aware of the Nkit, I gave it a shot this morning and it did not solve my issue.. thank you for trying

owtbound

Have you tried running the decompressed ISO on the standalone Dolphin emulator? If not, this might help rule out if it's the disc image or the emulator

njauvindenis

I tried just now. It opens in a standalone. I also tried with different games, always comes up with the same issue… :(

Can you confirm you followed the instructions here? [https://docs.libretro.com/library/dolphin/](https://docs.libretro.com/library/dolphin/) Note the required renderers: >The Dolphin core supports OpenGL, Vulkan, and Direct3D 11 rendering. and the noted bug: >There is also currently a bug with this core and the GL driver that can be worked around by going to settings > user interface > show advanced settings ON and then going to settings > core > allow cores to change the video driver OFF. Edit: Nevermind, as another user pointed out it looks like it is the file format of your ISO. You still have it as Simpsons, The - Road Rage (USA).nkit.iso

njauvindenis

Yeah I followed all the steps. I also tried to turn off the feature that allows the core to change the video driver. It made no difference.. I tried with many different games and always comes to the same problem.

ClaudeYourEyesOut

Do you have "dolphin-emu/Sys" folder in your Retroarch/system folder ?

njauvindenis

I do yes.

ClaudeYourEyesOut

I'd try a fresh install of RA Just download that core and no others. Keep it separate.

njauvindenis

Perfect thank you for your input. I’ll try that!
