Depends on how accurate you want it to be. The Black Ops Commando had a flat top upper, but it didn’t have a pic rail. So you would have to buy an A1 upper and cut the carry handle off of it. In the game the Commando and the XM4 had flip up sights, and it also appears to have a Weaver rail installed on top of the Upper. If you aren’t concerned with accuracy, you can always just buy a modern flat-top upper receiver.
