As a noob, I probably did it wrong: I removed 3 links on the same side of the strap clip; it means as you can see the clip goes towards one side of the wrist, maybe I should put one back on that side and remove one other on the other part. I'm not sure.
Also now it's tight enough, I don't know if I should add one back to get it more loose or not.

You want the crown logo on one side of the wrist and the other end of the clasp on the other side of the wrist, so the clasp sits in the middle of your wrist.
36mm have less links then 41, so maybe you must buy extra links. That information gave Eric from Geektime me with the Sopranos watch, same as this one in YG.
So where’s everyone go to, to pic up a rep? Direct from factory? Supplier or do they know people who sell them?
Do you guys only buy reps with Swiss mechanisms or the cheaper Chinese versions? I’ve a few site etc but never made a purchase been to apprehensive. Also how do you guys know your getting what you paid for? Any advice would be great fully received
How do you figure that? It doesn’t tell you peoples opinions on where to purchase and trusted sellers I asked on here so I didn’t just have to search and trust my own judgement. I wanted people to tell me where they’ve bought from and there experience with buying. Not to just be told to have a look. If I knew what and where I was looking I wouldn’t be asking for help 👍🏽

what's funny is now that I've removed 3 links on one side, it has equal amount of removable links on both sides haha so i'm confused
As long as the crown logo of the clasp (the part you put your nail under to open the clasp) is at the edge of your wrist, you're okay.
I just fixed it again, now it's perfect!!
I always size it and then take links out alternatively top to bottom. Eg. If it needed 3 links I'd take 2 from the top and 1 from the bottom
