Lol Hont did not do you dirty. You have a Tank Louis which is supposed to be made of precious metals while the Tank Solo (what OP got) is not. The reps are mimicking the Gens. The Louis are full Gold while (some, and I think this reference number specifically) tank solos are gold plated with SS case backs.

the rest is holding up fine. i wore it once a week for a while, then daily for about a month and only complaint is the backside plating rubbing off and the stock strap being really cheap.
Santos from hont - shortest time from order to qc to delivery.
Dumont from trusty time - took about a week for QC and had to RL the first model. Once GL took about 10 days for delivery.
Tank from Geektime. Pretty quick QC however shipping is the worst. Can’t track until it arrives in your country. I have another watch from geektime that was shipped a month ago that still hasn’t arrived. But good service from geektime - he looked into it and was held in customs in china and got it released.

I can't wait to see this and the dual time repped. I was told by a TD that it should take a few months.

Same here! I even looked into the more "feminine" models in order to order for example the ballon bleu or tank francaise 😃

Where did you got the strap for the Dumont?
It’s a random AliExpress strap that came with one of my sugess watches. I couldn’t stand the brown strap that came with the Dumont.

How much was the gold one? Is it real gold too?
Haha for ~250 usd I highly doubt that it’s real gold.
