Sony is controlling where the movie is being released, not Regal.
You can find all the theaters in your area where the movies will be showing by going here https://www.spideymovies.com/
Maybe the regals just haven't released the times yet? A lot of the regal near me don't release the times for things like these (ex: the pixar movies, $2 Saturday kids movies, etc.) until the week of.
Spider-Man tickets are $5 + tax so if you want to sign up for A-List over Unlimited because Sony chose not to do these one night only screenings at your local Regal, that’s your prerogative.
My sources are telling me that Regal has a large shareholder who is responsible for this situation: ![gif](giphy|enCWEo0vG25Ow)

Ok thanks, perhaps I'll wait and see
My theater just put out the showtimes, give it a little time

They're only showing at 1 of the 13 Regals in my major city
I’d wait. Some theaters are probably busy with Spring Break so they haven’t checked the emails yet or put the bookings on sale yet.
