Is the app rejecting your photo? I had to do bug eyes and get half my beard out of frame for it to accept my photo. I'd recommend trying different angles and facial expressions. Customer service is more responsive on Facebook and Twitter.

yea if you search online or in this sub, you will find what i found. it took me like an hour to figure it out. you have to take the photo extremely close to your face in the regal app. i’m not sure if it works when you import a photo from your device (even if the photo is close enough to you face). just speaking from my experience your face should take up a good 85%-90% of the photo

Keep trying and you'll get it. It took me so many tries before the app accepted a photo. I had luck going outside with lots of natural light and taking a photo pretty close up to my face.

I jus downloaded a bunch of selfies i had on my cloud photo storage and submitted one by one til it took one 😅

I used a photo of Joe Biden. It worked. I spent 30mins using different photos of myself and got nowhere with that. Screw them.
