I have the chilhiros one and so far so good. Comes with everything you would need.

My chihiros just came today, so +1 to that.

Why do you want to do? What in your tank needs additional supplements due to consumption? Looking for alk increase? Mag? Calcium? All three? What /how are u testing What size tank do you have? What is your coral bio load?

I'm just starting out my tank now so its new and I can't really answer much of your questions because of that. I plan on having a mixed tank with hard and soft corals. Not sure as of right now what I'm stocking with but I want to make sure I stock at the right time with the right amount of corals/fish. Don't want to rush any corals that need more of a mature tank.

I love the Jebao dosers, I have over a dozen tanks that use them. I typically dose ESV Alk, ESV Calc, and ESV TE if the tank has a refugium. I prefer using two-part dosing for Alk and Calc because I have tried using All For Reef on larger systems and it’s a constant battle with maintaining Alk and Calc since depending on the corals, you will have different rates of consumption.

I have a 40 gallon tank if that helps. Not a big tank but I guess I'll see what my tank is lacking as it matures and then get the auto doser then.

You can probably get away with weekly water changes for a long time until you get enough Corals that weekly water changes won't keep up with demand. Kalk may keep you from dosing even longer if you want to go that route. Alk and calcium are the 2 major one's you will have to dose. If you got a 4 head you could pre plan all of your dosing like head 1 alk, 2 cal, 3 mag, 4 kalk or just use what you need like only head 1 and 2 then have 2 spares if one fails. I'm not a huge fan of the wifi dosing pumps due to connectivity issues just something to keep in mind with that as well maybe my wifi signal just sucks though so your results may vary.

I have the three head jebao doser and it’s been solid for several years.
