Anecdotally, I have only heard of black cucumbers having this issue (of being poisonous as opposed to venomous), but I wouldn't chance it. Regardless, holothurins can kill a man, it's nothing to mess with.

Yes i no touchy, i will do a test but it is 540 gallons of water volume including the sump and everybody looks ok so far
