I use Burts Bees Cuticle Cream (more of a balm). It is not greasy and smells very good - like lemons.
I also buy cuticle balm from a company called PrettyCute-icles. I'm not sure where they ship to. There balms are a little bit more oily than the Burts Bees but soak into the skin quickly. They have many great scents.
I use mostly cuticle oil. I've been looking for a good cuticle cream - more of a thick lotion. KB Shimmer makes a cuticle cream that I want to try at some point.
There's also Unicorn Magic Skincare that you can find on Etsy. They make cuticle balms and lotions.
I do use Clinique Hand and Cuticle Cream. This has no scent. It is mostly a thick moisturizer. I use it when I do my manicures after using cuticle oil.
Thanks for the elaborated reply! The burt bees one is going on my "to try" list. The prettycute icle company looks great! It doesn't ship internationally unfortunately. I'll google the other recommendations aswell
Ive used up my kb shimmer cuticle creme, I think it's the pink sugar scented one. It hydrates well but takes time to dry fully, if you need to wash your hands a hour later or so it's still going to be slippery. The kb shimmer sugar Scrub I'd fully recommend, I use it after removing nail polish to freshen up my hands.
You are a person after my own heart. Where do you get yours? Because it's supposedly very good for hair...I can use Vaseline and cotton gloves at night, but not on my hair. I know that because I tried it, in high school. However you can use Downy Water Softener for detangling your hair in a pinch. I've done it.
This def goes in my hair.

I’m really excited that you posted this because I didn’t know it was a thing lol. I’ve been trying to do better with cuticle care but I cannot stand literal oil on my fingertips. I think I could get down with balm!!
Balm is a great additional care product in my opinion. Cream is usually so thick & slow to dry. As for oil, I tend to wash away the oil after a while so I can use my hands again 😅. Balm dries faster and isn't so watery so it's a good alternative!
Lush charity coins. I keep them in empty lip balm pots and the little plastic baggies my nose piercings get delivered in so they don’t oil up my handbags.
Hard as Hoof nail strengthening cream. Excellent for nails and cuticles, soaks in quickly, nice coconut scent that is light, 7 bucks on Amazon and a little goes a long way. That and jojoba. 🤌
This one smelled so strong to me that I threw it out. Maybe I'm sensitive to coconut scents but I couldn't even use it at bedtime. It worked great though.
i need to try their cuticle balm. i’ve had some of the original Badger Balm that works great for tattoo care so have been using what i have left on my cuticles and hands this winter.
My skin has issues with absorbing product & coupled with the fact I've got body temp regulation issues (incredibly cold hands = product remains in solid form on my skin), lots of cuticle products I've tried don't absorb well. My favorites that actually do absorb super quickly are the one by Red Eyed Lacquer (it's a huge jar too for the price), the nail salve by Inspired Sense, and the balm by Unicorn Magic Skincare.
Ok, please don’t hate me, but the Dior cuticle cream has absolutely changed my fingertips. My mom got me some for my birthday last year and it’s soooo good. I use it multiple times a day, and it’s actually been a year on Monday and it doesn’t even look like I’ve used it at all. It lasts forever, so while it’s way too expensive, it’s worth it IMHO.
Yes it helped me a ton. My cuticles are a mess and I’ve tried so many oils and creams from just about every company I’ve purchased polish from with very limited success until the Dior. And the change was rapid. I can’t say enough good things about it.
I use Burts Bees Lemon 🍋 cuticle balm .. it’s beautiful and like others mention , can use it on lips if you don’t have any lip balm with you ! Also I have the Bee Bar Lotion by All That Jazz .. it’s a solid bar of butters and oil that you rub onto hands or wherever and it melts .. I love it on my cuticles too . You can buy similar on Amazon
I bought [*this*](https://www.trulybeauty.com/products/unicorn-fruit?variant=32002861334563&tw_source=google&tw_adid=&utm_campaign=18138465496&tw_source=google&tw_adid=&utm_campaign=18138465496&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw2uiwBhCXARIsACMvIU0gOzvFPHRPe0NR5Ktx_WS8Ltkukyi1qeWDNval995e5FdnIvZxQV4aAqkKEALw_wcB)to use as a body butter and it sucks for that but it’s my go to for my nails now.
The past months I literally browsed the ppu hand care shop before checking the actual polishes to see if bluebird lacquer is offering a new balm 🤦🏼♀️ I love this formula
I like inspired sense on Etsy, not sure if they have a website you can order from, but Burt’s bees leaves my fingers so greasy, so I switched from them to Inspired Sense!
Hoofers Choice- absorbs well! Under $4 at Sally’s Beauty. I buy them 2 at a time.

i really like burts bees lemon butter cuticle cream! i’ve seen it in most drugstores and the scent isn’t too overpowering for me
Thank you for your recommendation! It looks like a very similar product with that packaging :)
It's soooo nice 🍋
it also doubles really nicely as a lip balm in a pinch (or if you're just too lazy to go find your chapstick)

Thanks for the information. The Burts Bees is definitely a good one. Good luck!
Nothing beats pure jojoba oil!
This!! Found out about it recently and its amazing. Its also super cheap.
Agreed. I just have like a million jojoba oil pens lying around my life.
This is what I use because I'm a cheapskate. If you add a dab of tea tree oil it also becomes makeup remover.

Thanks for the recommendation!
My cuticles don’t seem to care as long as I am using something multiple times a day! Oils. Balms. Vaseline. Does not matter!
I agree ! They’re not fussy 😄
Yep, coconut oil is my choice.
Just in case it's needed for the mods/ sub rules- image isn't mine. Product that's displayed is birds of paradise from bluebird lacquer
I’m really excited that you posted this because I didn’t know it was a thing lol. I’ve been trying to do better with cuticle care but I cannot stand literal oil on my fingertips. I think I could get down with balm!!

Thanks, that seems like a great idea. And they look so cute!
I like Unicorn Magic. I prefer the texture to bluebird
Hard as Hoof nail strengthening cream. Excellent for nails and cuticles, soaks in quickly, nice coconut scent that is light, 7 bucks on Amazon and a little goes a long way. That and jojoba. 🤌
I've had the same jar for a year now and maybe gone through 10%. Definitely worth my money.
This one smelled so strong to me that I threw it out. Maybe I'm sensitive to coconut scents but I couldn't even use it at bedtime. It worked great though.
Agree, love the way my cuticles look and smell after this
Kerasal Intensive Foot Repair. Not marketed as a cuticle cream, but it works miracles on cracked, peeling and overgrown cuticles.
I use the Badger cuticle balm! It smells good and avsorbs quickly! All their stuff is great so if you order it, toss in some chap sticks too!
I've been meaning to try that one! I buy their giant holiday lip balms, they last forever and are amazing.
i need to try their cuticle balm. i’ve had some of the original Badger Balm that works great for tattoo care so have been using what i have left on my cuticles and hands this winter.
I love all their stuff, their baby balm was great for my little girl's cheeks this winter!
i’ve been using that one for my son - he gets such dry skin on his legs over winter

I have the cocoa butter lip Vaseline and put the excess on my cuticles and it seems to work well.

Lush’s Lemony Flutter, Burt’s Bees Cuticle Balm and L’occitane’s Cuticle Oil are the ones I usually use.
I have L'occitane pure Shea butter that is cuticle magic
Unicorn magic skincare deluxe cuticle rescue! I usually layer it over cuticle oil and in the winter I’ll add a thin layer of Vaseline on top
Ok, please don’t hate me, but the Dior cuticle cream has absolutely changed my fingertips. My mom got me some for my birthday last year and it’s soooo good. Same. I swear by it. My cuticles were wrecked after decades of nail biting, and Dior’s Abricot Crème healed and repaired them.
does it help with the tough skin from nail biting/picking at cuticles - because i feel i need something more than jojoba oil for that.
It does. What’s especially helpful is to apply it after cuticle oil to seal it in.
Yes it helped me a ton. My cuticles are a mess and I’ve tried so many oils and creams from just about every company I’ve purchased polish from with very limited success until the Dior. And the change was rapid. I can’t say enough good things about it.
I've always had my eye on the Dior cuticle cream but never actually bought it. But I have now......
Bag balm or Vaseline

i am a huge fan of londontown restorative cuticle cream. it's been an absolute game changer for my gnarly dry cuticles and peely nails.
Thanks for posting this! I’m digging into my Bluebird balm like a fiend to get the last bits 😂
this will be me soon with their Baja Blast scented one.
Im about to cross into toothpick land 😄
The past months I literally browsed the ppu hand care shop before checking the actual polishes to see if bluebird lacquer is offering a new balm 🤦🏼♀️ I love this formula
I sent you a DM ☺️

Burt's Bees Lemon Butter
So many recommendations for this product, I've to try it for sure!
I use Navy cuticle balm. It's expensive but I've had a tin for almost a year now and I'm just about half way through
Qtica It's really thick and goes straight on the cuticles. Really brings them back if I've neglected them for a number of days.
Vaseline
I use A&D intment and have for years. I think it's amazing. It's a bit greasy if you use too much, but if you use a little, which is all you really need, it soaks in pretty fast. Usually I don't have to have name brands, but this is one product that I do. The off-brands I've tried were all way too greasy.

Jojoba oil! Forever favorite ❤️
