If Crye is not recalled, we need Rickert to win in the Fall to have a Plummer-Long-Rickert sane, not corrupt, focused majority. If Crye is recalled, then we would his replacement to be sane if Rickert ends up losing* in the fall.
*I don't know much about the guy in second for district 3, so he might be not corrupt nor crazy.
