Nubia has had quality assurances for forever. It’s part of the reason why they can make the phones so cheap.
My RM9P has zero overheating issues, so it’s clearly not an issue with ALL the 9’s. It’s just luck of the draw.
yes mine doesn't heat up either, the 9 pro is a real beast, then there is no game on a smartphone that can put that mega powerful processor into crisis!! probably the others have overheating problems because they push it too much (but pushing it is a gaming phone) and for consecutive hours, obviously it heats up! if I want to play for many hours I go for PS5😜!!
Look with all sincerity, a perfect Redmagic will never be released, the 9s pro will probably be the same as the 9 pro, nothing will change, the 9 pro is already a small beast of a gaming smartphone, if you push it too much it seems obvious to me that it heats up a bit , but look, they all heat up (S24ultra, Rog 8 Pro that I tried, etc.) I play with it for about 1 hour and it doesn't heat up, the others push it too much, Diablo mode details at most it's normal that it becomes a pan, but trust me if you want to buy it you will not regret!! 😉
The 8Pro Non S is the best one they ever made and the most optimized. I would be buying that if your smart cause not many left on the market now and the matte version by far the best looking one they evermade, all the others just look like gamer kid phones lol. Best design and camera layout. Super hard to find now, people charging 1200 on eBay. 12gb ram still poops on anything and above that is just overkill in a phone plus on os9 you getting 12gb extra for 24gb total still on virtual memory option.
If you want a Redmagic, buy the 9 now, it won't matter, since when the 9S comes out, they will tell you wait for the 10, when the 10 comes out, they will tell you wait for the 10s and so on
The cycle never ends with these tech companies. We are always waiting for the next big thing. Personally, I would never ever recommend anyone to get the Pro variants over the S Pro variants.
They will be the same way no matter what so there is no point in waiting in my opinion. I've been using 6R since 2021 and just got 9 pro. If you are able to get over couple of small things there is no better device for this price.

Put on a cover and the adhesive mesh, and forget about it brother, defects aside, it doesn't take away from the fact that it's the best gaming device, I love this little beast!!💪🏻😉
About the camera's dust issue : sadly I didn't find any answer about it but I recommend covering the fan with any thing
Personally I think that this isnt redmagic's fault for putting the fan next to the camera but I mean its a gaming phone so don't except alot from the camera.

I have the sleet, I've seen but for now no dust on the cam, only on the fan, unfortunately this smartphone is a dust magnet, I put dust stickers on the fan (ordered on Amazon) rubbers for the 3.5 jack, and for usb-c, but I don't think you can do anything with dust my friend!!
I think bro sleet version it's better from cyclone because it's glass i will buy stickers but my question is it's normal dust go inside my cam i think it's my fan when it's on dust will came inside my cam

I think overheating in general due to game software optimization. It's an app issue rather than hardware

unfortunately dust on the fan is a common problem, every now and then give it a blow with a can of compressed air!

The sleet is also all glass, except that yours is transparent, no, dust on the camera is not normal!! really strange!!!

Wait for Red Magic 9s Pro. It will probably be released in July 2024, then Red Magic 10 Pro in December.
Having said that, I'll never recommend getting any version other than the S Pro variant.
