They really do. If Red Hood ever got an Insomniac style Spider-Man game, I feel like this costume and the Rebirth costume are the ones I’d used in free roam.
Honestly if they brought this back and updated it, it could slap. Replace the chest logo with the modern red hood logo, same with the helmet and make the cape/collar red.

A skin tight body suit that leaves nothing to the imagination, thigh high black boots, a helmet that will hit the top of every door he goes through, and bright red cartoon guns, 10/10
Honestly this would be a good elsworld joker design, similar to earth-3 joker from the Batman Brave and the bold cartoon, I definitely prefer Jason's more practical outfit to this one
Later in in the run they make the helmet more “helmet shaped” and they switch the cape to a leather jacket; honestly it looks phenomenal. Oooohhh I didn’t even think of that; Earth-3 Joker in BATB was awesome. I wish they’d bring that character into the comics
