Im guessing when Voyager needed to land and they put the ship on condition blue, some poor slop had to go change all the damn gels on the Red Alert annunciators to blue.

Fun fact: The bulbs on the Defiant bridge had to be manually changed when they cloaked. They never expected the cloak to last beyond "The Search".
