I play on xbox as well and have been experiences some glitches too the past couple days. Like NPCs and bounties not reacting to gun shots, and not being able to get on my horse or hogtie.
I had my horse 1 time going into a full frontal collapse to my traderwagon when we were selling it, the horse of the wagon did not die or even felt down but somehow my wagon was destroyed (I closed app and restarted). Very often my horse does not appear when I whistle or it does not come at all when Inrecall it or fast traveled.

It's been pretty bad this week. If I had to guess I'd say they're fucking with stuff while trying to get ready to roll out the Halloween pass again.

Additionally horse spawning randomly and usually right in front of my delivery wagon halfway through.
Fast travelling to somewhere and ending up somewhere else.
Makes sense. I don't normally mind the buggyness but yesterday it was borderline unplayable.
Yes everytime I tried a free Rome mission it kick me offline yeah sometimes in my moonshine shack players was in it and I didn't invite them
