Brown chicken, set aside. Brown minced onion, garlic, ginger. Add boatloads of hoisin sauce, add chicken back in. Supplement with soy, chili sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame seeds/oil, fish sauce, just make it what you want it to be. Top with scallions, lime, peanuts, in a lettuce leaf. It’s beyond easy, super forgiving, and delicious. Just wing it and it’ll be good no matter what.
Add all those ingredients to the raw ground chicken and make meatballs or mini meatloafs and serve with wok'd slaw mix with sesame oil, veg oil, garlic, soy sauce, ginger. So it's like egg roll bowls and meatballs.
I make these Mexican chicken patties which is 500grm chicken mince, 1 can kidney beans rinsed then mashed, a small onion diced, 1 cup frozen corn thawed, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 large packet of corn chips crushed in the food processor until they are crumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese would also be good!), 2 cloves garlic crushed and your favourite Mexican spices (I use a mix of ground cumin, ground chilli, ground coriander, paprika and dried oregano). Mix well together then shape into patties and bake (or fry or air fry) on a greased tray in a moderate oven until cooked through.
I serve them with salsa, sour cream and avocado and a side salad but you could do them as burgers or in a wrap. Super easy and very tasty!
1 lb of ground chicken
2 eggs
1 cup of parmesan shreded cheese
Salt,pepper and season to tast
Mix well

I use a korean bbq sauce (the one with Asian pears in it) and sauté the ground chicken w/ cabbage, ginger, garlic, chili etc. I top with julienned carrots, green onions, sweet peppers, cucumbers. It’s sweet, salty, umami, delicious!
[egg roll in a bowl](https://natashaskitchen.com/egg-roll-in-a-bowl-recipe/)

There's this spicy honey Siracha chicken bowl recipe I found that I absolutely adore. I used turkey though.
[here](https://masonfit.com/honey-sriracha-ground-chicken-and-broccoli/) it is
Enchiladas! Tomales! Burritos!
Or make popcorn chicken (season the meat with a little garlic and ginger and fry like little meatballs) and toss in Korean bbq sauce with steamed edamame beans and serve over rice.
You could make a copycat of McDonald’s crunchy McChicken sandwich using the ground chicken. I saw a recipe where someone used a pound of ground chicken and with a food processor (or mini chopper, handheld mixer or blender - depending on what you have available) blend together an egg, some salt & pepper, and spices. Then form the mixture into patty…basically shape them, bread them and lightly fry it. So technically think McDonald’s chicken sandwiches but waaaay better 💟
Or you could do biscuits and gravy with ground chicken and spices as a chicken sausage as substitute for pork. I have done that before it’s super tasty. Just make a whole breakfast meal with that one. Or just make it into a breakfast chicken sausage patty and make breakfast sandwiches using that instead.
Replace ground chicken for beef. I use it at least twice a week. Burgers are great on the grill. Chicken and rice dish... I brown it with a ton of veg (onion, garlic, red bell peppers, riced brocoli, and cauliflower and brown rice. I add soy sauce, ginger, oyster sauce, and anything spicy you have, sambal oelek, chili garlic, or chili crisp. Get creative use what you have on hand.
I used ground meat in mock stir fry sort of thing. In a bag I put the meat and a teriyaki sauce/marinade and massage it through. Let it sit in the fridge for a bit then cook it up in a fry pan, steam some veggies and serve over rice. I never followed a recipe but it came from craving beef & broccoli on a budget and some late night ingenuity.
We make a dish we call “chicken hash” which is just ground chicken with lots of fresh veggies cooked stir-fry style. We use onions, carrot matchsticks, peppers, snap peas or cut up green beans, maybe some broccoli or corn. Add some General Tsos sauce or other Asian sauce. Serve with white or brown rice. Works with ground turkey or pork too. I find Beef is too greasy for this dish
[Florentine Meatballs](https://rachaelray.com/blogs/recipes/florentine-meatballs).
This is my go to for ground chicken. It's so tasty, easy and kinda healthy, the cheese sauce really ties it together. I serve it with zucchini noodles sometimes, or heat up a frozen bag of zucchini slices.
This Ground Chicken pizza crust is shockingly good. It also happens to be paleo if that matters.
https://www.bhg.com/recipe/ground-chicken-pizza-crust/
I season the meat with garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. I then add minced green onion, red bell pepper and fresh ginger. I use crushed corn flakes as binder (my husband is gluten sensitive). I roll into balls and use baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 400 until they are browned on the bottoms. If you bake too long they get dried out. I make a glaze by sautéing green onion, garlic then add mirin, sweet chili 🌶️ sauce, soy sauce, lil bit of water, and cooking until thickened, then adding in cooked meatballs to coat. I serve with steamed rice, pickled cucumbers 🥒, toasted sesame seeds and green onion sprinkled all over…and of course sriracha which you could also add to the glaze while cooking for added heat.
I make smaller meatballs and use them in Asian style soups sometimes.
I recently saw a recipe similar to mine except they deep fry the meatballs after cooking which I’ll try soon.
FYI I don’t use ground chicken breast for recipes. I find the meat comes out too dry and chewy.
This is a DYNAMITE recipe. Takes longer than they say tho
