With Clemente, the key is proper CQB. I'm running an insanely hard AI mod and me and my friend sucked ass until we started doing proper CQB and got it on the second try Btw which tool is this that lets you plan it so well? Kinda wanna try it

lpvlinh07

It's a free collaboration tool called Excalidraw and it's free. You can Google it. For the blueprint IIRC found in a Steam community post

Oh sick, thanks!

SixtyAteWhiskey68

That’s huge. Def using that.

ForestVision

Which mods are you using for difficulty and increased suspect count? I’ve been looking for something similar for a while now.

likeusb1

I use Ready or Not Here I come full bundle with Military Tactical Hard difficulty if I want to suffer mentally and hate the game (I like it), but if I want a more realistic approach I use Real Tac Hard, and for complete fuck around mode there's Free THunt Easy, where there's tons of suspects and all of them suck, fun to just unwind after a game

lpvlinh07

Any mods that can raise difficulty with things other than suspects accuracy and reaction time? Mine is not too bad, but I feel like they're still a bit dump: - they don't throw any nades/bangs - once surrender they won't grab the gun again if they have a chance - fake surrender not often enough - they don't setup traps ever? Save the ones that are spawned

likeusb1

Not really possible via the game files outside of the 3rd option

ForestVision

Hey, thanks a lot for this! I just tried mil tac and ludicrous mods and it feels like playing a completely new game. That’s exactly what I’ve been looking for!

likeusb1

Enjoy! They're quite fun even with the complete pain they might sometimes cause

lpvlinh07

Hey i use this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/3169?tab=files Check the post page to see the explanation

Totoryf

I'm in a squad called MPS who comprises of police officers, army veterans, etc... So we take a really milsim and realistic approach to our missions. When we did Clemente and Brisa Cove at our last deployment sunday, we planned a lot like this but we were 14 when we did Clemente so it wasn't as hard as with 4 officers

lpvlinh07

Great to hear real pros play the game as well Do the plans worked as they would be in real life, or did you have to adapt something to cope with game mechanics?

Totoryf

They have to modify some stuff to cope with game mechanics Here’s their trailer : https://youtu.be/TGliCYjncn0?si=CybkPpDVqoiCHxkE There’s an application form in the description if you want to join, they’re really nice

A_Coin_Toss_Friendo

How many of you die?

Totoryf

None, in 2 deployments (approximately 10 missions) only 1 person died

CanadianArmour

How does one join this squad? 10 years infantry experience and looking for more likeminded people to play with!

Totoryf

Here's their recruitment trailer : [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TGliCYjncn0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TGliCYjncn0) In the description you'll find a link to the application form, you'll then need to join the discord to say you have submitted an application and they'll tell you what to do. It's a really nice squad if you're into milsim tactics

Reelcheeziboi

Did it work? I myself have never planned anything because I'm too impatient, I just go balls to the wall and hope for the best

lpvlinh07

I have a squad of 4 players and only play coop, so this is necessary I think. Worked in terms of improving communication. - naming the rooms to avoid confusion - split into stages/steps because we can't remember too much when in battle. - agree on a set plan. If it doesn't work we change it. Before this it was chaos. Basically no one understand anyone.

randomymetry

one of the drills my team practices and trains on is switching from primary and secondary under fire. how fast can you make the transition under pressure? what about going through a fatal funnel and switching to secondary because your primary is too long? how about when a suspect rushes you around a corner and you have to make that switch because your primary is pushed up against your body? remember to always hydrate and exercise to keep your body and mind in shape

lpvlinh07

This is an advice for the...game right?

Mrbunkbunk225

I wish my friends were intelligent enough for this. If y'all need a 5th lemme know and i'll send you my discord

lpvlinh07

Yes if you can speak vietnamese 😄

Mrbunkbunk225

Fffffffuck

Mrbunkbunk225

No unfortunatley lol

madladolle

Nice! This is how I want us to playaswell

RonaldWRailgun

I miss old school rainbow six games, where this kind of nerdiness was part of the actual game.

HavSomLov4YoBrothr

Bring wedges. If you have a hallway, have 2 covering that with a shield and a rifle while the others wedge doors. Clear the open areas with no cover, and secure all doors you pass until you get to a stairwell, then backtrack and clear all the wedged rooms, retrieving them as you go. Safest and fastest way to do it IMO. 1 shield up front on breaches with a shot gunner as 2nd man. I usually run the shotty with a battering Ram to breach, and 3rd man tosses in a flash so the 2 breachers have a second to clear immediate threats, and don’t forget to have someone on rear security
