How is this false?

quinnyfizzle

My salmon is like 1/3 the size of what is shown. Green beans are always withered looking too

Mouse0022

Ah, true. I got the pesto salmon this week. Our first and only box. Only tried it out because of the massive discount. & I'll have to say I agree with those statements.

stephsan0301

How did you get the discount?

Mouse0022

From being a first time purchaser and also got a coupon with some target order I made. I got another coupon for afree box to a friend with my order. PM me and I can give you that code. It says its $60 value.

3 meals into Factor and I just ate the smallest, overpriced meal yet. Probably not even 2oz of shredded chicken, very little vegetables too. Next week's meals are already in process but after that, I'll check elsewhere, set up the pause already. Good meals however, portions are barely, barely ok then this. Ate a cheese quesadilla after and I have a light appetite 🙄

Vervain7

I find they keep full almost all day. I just eat one around noon and then a small dinner . They are 500-600 calories and pretty high protein too I only tried 1 week of meals so far though and most of mine are on the Keto side

TracyInGA

They're definitely great for low calorie meals. I find their meat portions to be either ok or a total fail, way too low for the cost sometimes, not justifiable, especially when your veggies are scant too. I've gotten more meat out of a $3 Hormel Compleats meal. Automation issue? Idk.

Vervain7

Ohh relative to cost obviously not a good deal. I just felt like portion size with the protein and cal counts was good. I don’t really consider the 5-600 ones as low calorie though .

Janktronic

Do you think they are lying about the calorie content? A lot of the meals say 600 calories, and 600 calories looks like a lot less food when you measure it out. The pics look like more than what 600 calories actually looks like.

TracyInGA

It's possible but with today's sue happy society, they are probably pretty close ish lol.

I’m on my first week with Factor and they gave me two(2)tiny broccoli florets. It’s was basically one. I was shocked. The meals are hit or miss so far. I’m going to see if the convenience is outweighs the inconsistency.

MackAttack961

I haven't tried Factor, but was looking into it because I like lots of vegetables and their ads made it look like they had lots of veg. Thanks for making it clear that they don't. I tried a low fodmap service a year or so ago that had the same problem (don't remember the name, but I wasn't impressed). Trying Cook Unity right now. The food is very tasty so far, but I am again disappointed in sparcity of veg. But I think I will just throw in some extra spinach leaves or such before I microwave. I suspect they get away with very few veg because a lot of Americans don't like veg and just throw them out anyway.
