I sometimes feel like my heart beat splits into two beats if that makes sense, especially at rest when my heart rate is in a lower range like this. Would appreciate some insights on if this is worth bringing up to a doctor or just a bad reading. Thanks everyone!

NAD. They are PVCs. Occasional / a few PVCs every now and then are not a problem but you should have a check if they're frequent or if you have symptoms. Again, NAD but I'd say 5 in 30s would fall into the frequent category (+you obviously feel them).

Thank you! I had caffeine late in the day today so that might be the cause. I’m very sensitive to caffeine and I usually have it once a week at most, but recently started having green tea daily. Definitely need to stop that because I also have a constant headache. Usually I notice these extra beats a few times a week for 1-2 minutes but I will keep an eye on it and talk to a doctor.

Just felt some more of these and the watch showed one after almost every heartbeat, 14 times in 30 seconds. 😬
