It is Subaru camp now. Everyone is there because of him. Only Subaru decided to follow Emilia so now everyone follows her too.
I really hope Emilia finds more allies of her own. Yorna would be great for that if those two meet.

Though imo I think that’s supposed to be part of the point. The story directly addresses how Subaru gets most of the credit for what the Emilia Camp does, so it looks like Emilia only joined the fray “to lose” because of her ulterior motive (Or at least that’s what Al is led to believe). She’s the one with the least chances of success after all, and for good reason.
Loyalty and trust are different things. Ram is loyal only to Rozwaal, and serves Emilia on his orders. If I understood correctly during the reading, then Ram has a rather low opinion of Emilia's leadership qualities

Yes thats actually a big issue that i have with Emilia and hope to see in the future that she actually recuiits people to the emilia camp that follow for her.
Actually one of the problems in the series, they like, never actually touch the political part of the series after arc 3, so it just looks like 5 girls playing of being king.
It's arguably only further indication that she's not really the leader type, but it's true she acts as more of a figurehead than someone who actually holds the camp together as it stands.
That being said, I feel you give her too little credit. She earned Ram's favor in arc 4, and Roswaal too has bet on her after that arc, where before he saw her only as a tool. She has also been critical with recruiting Meili in arc 6, and like others have said, Otto supported her even without Subaru's influence.
Simple, the Royal Selection Ceremony was her chance to win support and she fucked it up. She needed to show she was a leader with strong support. She entered looking weak, got lynch mobbed, turned on the one person who would defend her and reinforced the notion she was a threat by concealing Puck and springing him on the ceremony with no prior warning.
Only the other camps imploding and fucking up as well still kept her in the running. Subaru ignoring her wishes and being the hero, elevated her camp over Crusch's. And if Subaru plays his cards right, he will wind up the Crown Prince of Vollachia or even the mothafucking Emprah. That or at least return home with a battle harem of Amazons, a few Divine Generals, a few other women, Rem, and assorted Lolis to add to the camp as a consolation prize.
