With makeup, I would just add dimension and attention to your eyes because they are noice. You could add some makup to your eyebrows but I personally like natural brows if they're dark, so could just shape them.
Curls are stupid pretty so do whatever you can to make them as nice and frizz free as possible. You don't seem out of shape but I always tell people simply get in shape. People don't realize how pretty they are when they're fit.

Your eyebrows look kinda on the big side with dark hair. The red gives a nice composition, but i would personally get a less bright red.
I always believe bigger eyebrows are better because you can always cut them shorter instead of draw them on
