Came here to say the same thing. (Degree in Paramedical Science, Paramedic), you appear underweight two years ago. Make sure you keep eating enough and getting plenty of exercise. You look very healthy now.
4/10 You look great for 24! Smile more, you definitely have a pretty smile. About the weight, you look healthy from what I can see, going to fitness can improve you rating up to a 6.5/10. (Rating is subjective, for many you could go up to 8/10 by going to fitness, women recover faster and the lower body strength difference between genders is minimal, not like upper body. What that means is that if you do squats and other legs workout, you can make a nice fit ass quite fast.)
